Three Years Ago Our Holly Went to the Rainbow Bridge
We still often find ourselves scrolling through Holly’s website here. It reminds us of our strong, brave girl and how much she accomplished, how she so quickly adapted and how much “life” she still had to live. Holly was able to quickly adapt and live her best life post amputation. She went on to teach us that nothing was going to stop her from enjoying her time and from playing with her fursbilings, just as she always had. She could do (and did do) anything she set her mind to. Even if that meant bounding down a flight of snow covered steps, past her humans, to play in the first snow of the year with her fursiblings. The lessons that she taught us will live on forever, just as our love for her. Even though our sweet, kind, strong girl has left this world, her memory lives on.
Although we can no longer kiss your adorable face we hold tight to your memory and know that we will someday see you again, hug and kiss you. Through the tears we also smile knowing that you are still watching over us from the Rainbow Bridge, playing, running and now healthy. Gone from this world but never forgotten. Today we send extra love to the Rainbow Bridge while we remember our sweet Holly.
